Account Cancellation Notification
To cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days prior to the end of your billing term by emailing us at support@decisinow.io.
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
Upgrades and Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for downgrades or unused portions of a service term.
15-Day No Obligation Cancellation
We offer a 15-day no obligation cancellation period for new customers. The cancellation period begins upon account activation and is only applicable to new accounts. If you cancel within the first 15 days, you will receive a full refund, subject to minor service and development charges.
After the 15-day period, your account will automatically transition into the selected payment plan (monthly, semi-annual, or annual) as chosen during sign-up.

Billing
Mid-Term Cancellation
If you cancel your account mid-term, the fees paid for the remaining term will not be refunded.
Service Modification or Termination
Decisionow reserves the right to modify or terminate any of its services at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent Activity
If we suspect fraudulent activity related to your account, we may suspend or terminate your services without a refund.
We charge and collect payments in advance for all services. All payments are non-refundable once a subscription plan is selected and billing information is provided.
Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on the due renewal date based on the original purchase date (monthly, quarterly, or annually). To cancel, email us at support@decisinow.io. Upon cancellation, no refunds or credits for partial months of service will be issued.
Upgrade or Downgrade
Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time by contacting support@decisinow.io. The new subscription rate will be charged at the next billing cycle.
